We believe 100% in our products. We do our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face with our service, but we understand that our IPTV subscriptions may not always work perfectly for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue that we cannot resolve that renders the system unusable, we will be happy to give you your money back.

How to submit a refund request?

Please write down your transaction order ID with the subject: “Refund Request” and describe in your email the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. For some reasons you need to send us evidence and we will also send you evidence of our work and things that we notice and that we also need to show you to better explain our position and decision in more detail and more transparently.

Conditions:

Please understand and accept that due to technical issues we will not be able to issue a refund unless you allow us to adequately resolve them and assist you. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will refund your money. Contact our live support anytime 24/7 if you need assistant.
Refunds can only be made within 7 days of the purchase date. No refunds can be processed after 7 days.

Only purchases made in less than 7 days will be fully refunded. All other refund requests will be partially returned depending on the subscription period used.  support team will contact users in all refund cases.

When the user cannot set up his own box and system on his side:

In all cases of assistance requests, we will provide our best support in setting up their boxes, devices, apps and system. The reason is that we know nothing about the conditions with the box, the devices and the system etc.. Our support is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.

If some channels freeze, buffer or sometimes don’t work:

Although almost all our servers are stable, sometimes some channels freeze or stop working due to various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert technicians are always working to repair them.

Usually these problems are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:

Fluctuations in customer internet.
Problem with the box/apps/customer configuration in general.
Your ISP has a problem.
Channel is disabled from server side.
The customer has changed his mind and wants to withdraw/switch servers.
Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance required).
